LiquidRubber® ROOFSEAL

Key Features:

Application Instructions:

1. Surface Preparation:
   • New roof sheets: Clean with a degreaser.
   • Old or rusted sheets: Prepare and prime using a water-based or solvent-based etch primer.
2. Identify and Seal Leaks:
   • Pinpoint leaking areas (ridges, valleys, loose sheets, fixtures) and apply LiquidRubber® ROOFSEAL with a waterproof membrane (1-1.25L/m²).
3. Coating Application:
   • Overcoat the entire roof at a rate of 3-4m²/L per coat.
   • Apply 2-3 coats using a brush, roller, or airless spray system (tip size 517-521).

Maintenance:

• Expected service life: 7-10 years, with a maintenance coat recommended in year 5 or 6.
• Keep gutters clear, inspect after storms, and repair as needed.
• Note: ROOFSEAL is not ideal for foot traffic or ponding water (e.g., gutters).

Limitations:

• Avoid applying ROOFSEAL on surfaces exceeding 45°C.
• Do not apply in rainy conditions.
